Common use of Cyclical Review Clause in Contracts

Cyclical Review. Classifications and/or job families shall be reviewed a minimum of once every four (4) years. Each year, classified employees whose job classifications have been identified for review will be requested to submit classification review documents. The review cycle of families is listed below and further defined in Appendix F, Alphabetical Listing of Classifications by Family.
