Common use of D-BE’S LICENSE Clause in Contracts

D-BE’S LICENSE. At all times during the term of this Contract, D-BE shall: (a) maintain in good standing all licenses required by the State of California or any other governmental entity for it to perform the work required under the Contract; and (b) comply in all respects with the California D-BEs’ State License Law, Business & Professions Code Section 7000, et seq.
