All furniture must be listed denoting condition at time of wrapping, photographs of pre damage existing conditions will be sent. Crew leaders must write their names and sign the packing list in the corresponding section of the packing list. Packing numbers must be written or attached on the exterior of wrapping / packing materials Under no circumstances our agents can accept PBO (packed by owner) listed on a packing list or included in a shipment. Any box presented to a packing crew as PBO must have its contents inspected, ensuring that the box contains no restricted items and there is no threat to the security of a ship, plane or other vehicle on which is to be transported.

(b) Create legible packing list (if a language other than English is used for creating the packing list, a translation into English must be supplied) identifying all Goods in the Shipment with an accurate description of carton contents (e.g. do not write “miscellaneous” or vague descriptions such as “kitchen items”), and full identification of appliances and electrical items, this identification MUST include make, model and serial number according to the destination. (c) All furniture must be listed denoting condition at time of wrapping, photographs of pre- existing damage to any items must be sent. (d) Crew Leaders must write their names and sign the packing list in the corresponding section.

  • Log and Load Reporting Service This contract may at the States discretion, require the services of a State approved third party log and load reporting service. Purchaser shall ensure log volume measurement, weight, or scale and weight data for each load is received by the log and load reporting service within 1 business day of logs being measured or weighed. If during the term of this contract, the State discontinues use of the Log and Load Reporting Service, the State will notify the Purchaser in writing, and will approve an alternative log and load reporting process. Determination of volume and grade of any forest products shall be conducted by a state approved third party scaling organization and in accordance with the Westside log scaling and grading rules and Xxxxxxxx Volume Table, revised July 1, 1972, contained in the Northwest Log Rules Eastside and Westside Log Scaling Handbook (developed and produced by the Northwest Log Rules Advisory Group) and in effect on the date of confirmation of this contract. Special scaling specifications shall be noted on the State’s Brand Designation form which is hereby incorporated to this contract by reference. Forest Product measurement and weighing facilities required by this contract must be approved by the State. Forest products sold under the contract which require log scaling shall be scaled, measured, or counted by a State approved third party log scaling organization. Forest products sold under the contract which require weighing shall be weighed at a location that meets Washington State Department of Agriculture approval. Prior to forest products being hauled, the Contract Administrator must authorize in writing the use of State approved measurement and/or weighing facilities that are at or en-route to final destinations. Forest products from this sale shall be measured or weighed at facilities, which are currently approved for use by the State and are currently authorized for this sale. The State reserves the right to verify load volume and weights with State employees or contractors at the State's own expense. The State reserves the right to revoke the authorization of previously approved measurement locations.

  • SHIPPING AND AIR TRANSPORT 1. Profits of an enterprise of a Contracting State from the operation of ships or aircraft in international traffic shall be taxable only in that State. 2. The provisions of paragraph 1 shall also apply to profits from the participation in a pool, a joint business or an international operating agency.

  • Keys and Locks Landlord will furnish Tenant, free of charge, two keys to each door or lock in the Premises. Landlord may make a reasonable charge for any additional or replacement keys. Tenant will not duplicate any keys, alter any locks or install any new or additional lock or bolt on any door of its Premises or on any other part of the Building without the prior written consent of Landlord and, in any event, Tenant will provide Landlord with a key for any such lock. On the termination of the Lease, Tenant will deliver to Landlord all keys to any locks or doors in the Building which have been obtained by Tenant.

  • PACKING AND SHIPPING a. Seller shall pack the goods and materials to prevent damage and deterioration. Unless otherwise set forth in this Contract, Seller shall package the goods in accordance with the requirements of Boeing Document D37522-6 “Supplier Packaging”. Buyer may charge Seller for damage to or deterioration of any goods resulting from improper packing or packaging. b. If the Contract specifies FOB destination (place of delivery), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward goods freight prepaid. Seller shall make the transportation arrangements, pay the shipping costs, and remain responsible for the goods and materials until the goods and materials are delivered and the Buyer takes possession at the destination. c. If the Contract specifies FOB origin (place of shipment), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward goods collect. For goods shipped within the United States, Seller shall make no declaration concerning the value of the goods shipped except on goods where the tariff rating is dependent upon released or declared value. In such event, Seller shall release or declare such value at the maximum value within the lowest rating. Seller will ship the goods in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Boeing Domestic Shipment Routing Guide to be accessed through Buyer’s supplier portal at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/. Sellers need a One Time Password (OTP) token to log into the Boeing Supplier Portal. Upon Xxxxx’s request, Seller will identify packaging charges showing material and labor costs for container fabrication. d. Seller shall provide with each container shipped under this Contract an Advanced Shipping Notice (“ASN”). For each container shipped, Seller shall provide two (2) readable copies of the ASN barcode as follows: one (1) copy is to be securely affixed to the outside of each container and one (1) copy is to be loose inside each container. Non- conforming shipments are subject to rejection and repackaging at Seller’s expense. Instructions and guidelines related to the ASN process can be found on the Boeing Supplier Portal. Seller shall access by selecting the “Enterprise ASN Instructions” hyper-link under the header “Exostar Resources”. A copy of these instructions can also be found at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Gaming, betting and lotteries The Hirer shall ensure that nothing is done on or in relation to the premises in contravention of the law relating to gaming, betting and lotteries.

  • PACKING AND SHIPMENT (a) Unless otherwise specified, all Work is to be packed in accordance with good commercial practice. (b) A complete packing list shall be enclosed with all shipments. SELLER shall mark containers or packages with necessary lifting, loading, and shipping information, including the LOCKHEED XXXXXX Contract number, item number, dates of shipment, and the names and addresses of consignor and consignee.   • Secure Information Handling and Transfers 7.1 Physical and electronic handling, processing and transferring of DWP Data, including secure access to systems and the use of encryption where appropriate.

  • SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS All delivered Equipment and Products must be properly packaged. Damaged Equipment and Products may be rejected. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of delivery, Supplier must permit the Equipment and Products to be returned within a reasonable time at no cost to Sourcewell or its Participating Entities. Participating Entities reserve the right to inspect the Equipment and Products at a reasonable time after delivery where circumstances or conditions prevent effective inspection of the Equipment and Products at the time of delivery. In the event of the delivery of nonconforming Equipment and Products, the Participating Entity will notify the Supplier as soon as possible and the Supplier will replace nonconforming Equipment and Products with conforming Equipment and Products that are acceptable to the Participating Entity. Supplier must arrange for and pay for the return shipment on Equipment and Products that arrive in a defective or inoperable condition. Sourcewell may declare the Supplier in breach of this Contract if the Supplier intentionally delivers substandard or inferior Equipment or Products.

  • Meals and Lodging Meals and lodging expenses shall be paid in accordance with the Financial Policy and Procedures issued by the Administrative Office of the Courts.
