Daily Contract. Quantity (DCQ) For each Day of Delivery Period DCQ shall be equal to the sum of all daily quantities successfully allocated by SELLER to BUYER via ESP during all relevant Sales Session(s) as confirmed in Notification(s) which shall be exchanged between Parties via email. For successful Sales Session(s) with within-Day deliveries BUYER shall confirm terms of delivery (Delivery Point, period of delivery, daily quantities, Contract Price, Special conditions (if applicable)) to SELLER by email within one (1) hour after the end of the relevant Sales Session. SELLER shall send via email scanned copy of each Notification signed on its behalf to BUYER no later than 19.00 CET of the day of the relevant Sales Session. BUYER shall confirm its agreement with such Notification via email to SELLER by 19.30 CET of the day of the relevant Sales Session. Within three (3) Banking Days from the date of receipt of the relevant Notification from SELLER via email BUYER shall countersign such Notification and send its scanned copy via email back to SELLER.
