Daily Employees - Notice of Lay-Off. Daily Employees will be notified prior to the end of their shift with an Employer if they have a call with that same Employer for are required to return to work the next day., and are otherwise considered laid off at the end of such shift. A daily Employee who subsequently becomes a weekly Employee, (any Employee who has worked two full work weeks, as defined in Section 5.02), shall be given the same lay-off notice as a weekly Employee, except where such Employee has been given a defined call
