Common use of Daily Employees Clause in Contracts

Daily Employees. Effective in the period January 1, 2012 to and including December 31, 2012, in the period January 1, 2013 to and including December 31, 2013, and in the period January 1, 2014 to and including December 31, 2014, a Daily Schedule employee shall receive 3.719% of his annual straight work time earnings, including night premiums, as payment for holidays not worked. Pay at straight time only for unworked holidays paid to Daily Schedule employees during distant location employment shall be offset against such employee's annual holiday compensation, computed as above.

Daily Employees. Effective in the period January 1, 2012 2018 to and including December 31, 20122018, in the period January 1, 2013 2019 to and including December 31, 2013, 2019 and in the period January 1, 2014 2020 to and including December 31, 20142020, a Daily Schedule employee shall receive 3.719% of his annual straight work time earnings, including night premiums, as payment for holidays not worked. Pay at straight time only for unworked holidays paid to Daily Schedule employees during distant location employment shall be offset against such employee's annual holiday compensation, computed as above.
