Common use of Daily Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Daily Guarantee. (a) Subject to the provisions of paragraph (c), an employee who reports for their scheduled shift shall receive their regular hourly rate of pay for a minimum of two (2) hours.

Daily Guarantee.
