Daily Hospital Income. We will pay daily cash allowance from the day of hospital confinement up to a maximum of 60 days per year whilst the Policy is in force and as a result of Injury requiring hospitalisation, provided that such hospitalisation occurs within 14 days of the Accident. Sum Insured (per person per Accident) As specified in the Policy Schedule Benefit 5 Ambulance FeesWe will reimburse ambulance fees incurred for ambulance services for transporting Person(s) Insured to and/or from the hospital as required after an Accident. As specified Benefit 6 Burial or Cremation Allowance in the Policy We will pay to the Person(s) Insured’s next-of-kin or legal representative in the event Benefit Schedule1 is payable.

Daily Hospital Income. If You suffer a Bodily Injury and as a result of this, are confined in a Hospital as a registered in-patient, We will pay the daily amount stated in the Policy Schedule for each day of Your confinement in the Hospital. The maximum period payable for this benefit is thirty (30) days per Accident.
Daily Hospital Income. We will pay daily cash allowance from the second day of hospital confinement up to a maximum of 150 days per year whilst the Policy is in force and as a result of Injury requiring hospitalisation, provided that such hospitalisation occurs within 14 days of the Accident.
Daily Hospital Income. We will pay the insured person the daily hospital income in the amount specified in the schedule for each full day the insured person is hospitalised up to a maximum of ninety (90) consecutive days, during the period of insurance for the treatment of injury. This benefit is not payable if the insured person is hospitalised for the treatment of COVID-19 or dengue fever.

  • Program Income Income directly generated from funds provided under this Contract or earned only as a result of such funds is Program Income. Unless otherwise required under the Program, Grantee shall use Program Income, as provided in UGMS Section III, Subpart C, .25(g)(2), to further the Program, and Grantee shall spend the Program Income on the Project. Grantee shall identify and report Program Income in accordance with the Contract, applicable law, and any programmatic guidance. Grantee shall expend Program Income during the Contract term, when earned, and may not carry Program Income forward to any succeeding term. Grantee shall refund Program Income to the System Agency if the Program Income is not expended in the term in which it is earned. The System Agency may base future funding levels, in part, upon Xxxxxxx’s proficiency in identifying, billing, collecting, and reporting Program Income, and in using Program Income for the purposes and under the conditions specified in this Contract.

  • Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the Funder and may be required to incorporate:

  • Exit Planning 6. The Grant Recipient will, in conjunction with the Authority, maintain, and as necessary update, the Exit Plan throughout the Funding Period so that it can be implemented immediately, if required. From time-to-time either the Authority or the Grant Recipient may instigate a review of the Exit Plan.

  • Selection Planning Prior to the issuance to consultants of any requests for proposals, the proposed plan for the selection of consultants under the Project shall be furnished to the Association for its review and approval, in accordance with the provisions of paragraph 1 of Appendix 1 to the Consultant Guidelines. Selection of all consultants’ services shall be undertaken in accordance with such selection plan as shall have been approved by the Association, and with the provisions of said paragraph 1.

  • OTHER INCOME 1. Items of income of a resident of a Contracting State, wherever arising, not dealt with in the foregoing Articles of this Agreement shall be taxable only in that State.

  • Small and medium-sized enterprises 1. The Parties will promote a favourable environment for the development of the small and medium enterprises (SME) on the basis of strengthening of the relevant private and governmental bodies, as well as the exchange of experiences and good practices with the SME. 2. Cooperation shall include, among other subjects: (a) the designing and development of mechanisms to encourage partnership and productive chain linkage development; (b) development of human resources and management skills to increase the knowledge of the Chinese and Peruvian markets; (c) defining and developing methods and strategies for clusters development; (d) increasing access to information regarding mandatory procedures and any other relevant information for an SME exporter; (e) defining technological transference: programs oriented to transfer technological innovation to SME and to improve their productivity; (f) increasing access to information on technological promotion programs for SME and financial support and encouragement programs for SME; (g) supporting new exporting SME (sponsorship, credits and guarantees, seed capital); and (h) encouraging partnership and information exchange for SME financing institutions (credits, banks, guarantee organizations, seed capital firms). 3. Cooperation shall be developed, among other activities, through: (a) information exchange; (b) conferences, seminars, experts dialogue and training programs with experts; and (c) promoting contacts between economic operators, encouraging opportunities for industrial and technical prospecting.
