Daily hours of Carnival operation. Carnival management shall be responsible for the constant cleanliness of the Carnival area by providing personnel or paying a fee agreed by Fair Management to provide personnel, to continuously patrol the area picking up debris. Contractor shall provide these four (4) additional staff on July 4 to continually pick-up litter in the Carnival lot only from 11a.m. to 11p.m.; these staff will be in addition to regular clean-up crew. Contractor shall be responsible for removal of trash, including trash bags. Electrical power is unavailable within the Carnival area and must be supplied by generators which are the responsibility of Contractor. Contractor must provide back up generators in the case of the loss of a generator.
