Day Shift The standard work day will consist of eight (8) hours worked between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. with a designated thirty (30) minute lunch period. Starting and stopping times to be determined by mutual agreement between the Company and the shop employees.
Afternoon Shift If a second shift is employed, the hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours of work between the hours of 4:30 P.M. and 12:30 A.M. for which eight (8) hours will be paid and a shift premium of sixty-one cents (61¢) shall be added on to the classified hourly rate.
TRADING HOURS In accordance with the valid customs for trading Crypto Assets, there are no restrictions on trading hours in the Crypto Transactions at Trade Republic, except for blocking periods due to maintenance work. During the respective periods of maintenance work, trading of Crypto Assets is not possible. The maintenance periods are shown in the Application. Therefore, the Customer must be aware that trading cannot be guaranteed continuously. The trading hours with Crypto Assets have no influence on the trading hours of other asset classes at Trade Republic, which can be retrieved on the Trade Republic Website or in the Application.
Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF 11.1 The Optional Daily Usage File (ODUF) Agreement with terms and conditions is included in this Attachment as Exhibit C. Rates for ODUF are as set forth in Exhibit E of this Attachment.
Fixed Kilowatt-Hour Rate Product If Clearview Energy would like to propose a change to a fixed kilowatt-hour rate product, you will be notified by the process described in Change of Terms. Fixed price products may change due to new or modified federal, state or local laws; or regulatory actions that impose new or modified fees. 2b. Month-to-month Variable Kilowatt-Hour Rate Product – Month-to-month variable kilowatt-hour rate products are subject to change without notice at Clearview Energy’s discretion outside of any applicable promotion. If applicable, the Monthly Base Charge may also fluctuate outside of any applicable promotion. After the first month, the price may vary based on a number of factors, including market supply prices, energy capacity prices, settlement costs and other market- related factors, as determined at our discretion, plus estimated total state taxes, fees, charges or other assessments, along with our costs, expenses and profit margins. There is no limit on how much the price may change from one billing cycle to the next. The price can change each billing period. The Customer will not know the price until receiving the bill. A customer may obtain the previous 24 months’ average monthly billed price for the customer’s rate class and service territory at 1.800.746.4702 and xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Shift Exchange The Employer and the Union agree that shift exchanges are a useful process to allow employees more flexibility and improved work/life balance. Employees within an institution who have the same job classification will be allowed to exchange full shifts for positions in which they are qualified.
