DAILY SWAPS OF CONTRACTS. (PRODUCTS OTHER THAN FUTURE BASED CFDS) When you hold a Contract or Contracts overnight (other than a Future Based CFD) they will be rolled to the next Business Day which will result in you paying a Swap Charge or receiving a Swap Benefit. The amount is determined by us and depends on our Swap Rate, being the rates at which you receive or pay interest on Positions that remain open overnight. This is a varying rate dependent upon the applicable rate in the Interbank Rates Market (with a margin to OFM’s benefit and / or OFM’s hedging counterparties) for the currencies or Bullion, the duration of the rollover period and the size of the Position.

DAILY SWAPS OF CONTRACTS. When you hold a Position or Positions overnight, they will be rolled to the next Business Day which will result in you paying a Swap Charge or receiving a Swap Benefit. Swap Charges and Swap Benefits will be accrued in the swap value field of your open Contracts. In the event there are insufficient funds in your Account, any amount due to us because of the Swap Charges becomes a debt due and owing by you to us.

  • Grouping of contracts To the extent practicable, contracts for goods shall be grouped in bid packages estimated to cost $100,000 equivalent or more each.

  • SUB-CONTRACTS (a) The Servicer may sub-contract or delegate the performance of all or any of its powers and obligations under this Agreement, provided that (but subject to Section 3.2(b)):

  • SPECIAL CONDITIONS OF CONTRACT The following Special Conditions of Contract (SCC) shall supplement and/or amend the General Conditions of Contract (GCC).Whenever there is a conflict, the provisions herein shall prevail over those in the GCC. The report is to be submitted electronically via electronic mail utilizing the template provided in Microsoft Excel 2003, or newer (or as otherwise directed by OGS), to the attention of the individual shown on the front page of the Contract Award Notification and shall reference the Group Number, Award Number, Contract Number, Sales Period, and Contractor's (or other authorized agent) Name, and all other fields required. OGS reserves the right to amend the report template without acquiring the approval of the Office of the State Comptroller or the Attorney General.

  • TYPES OF CONTRACT MODIFICATIONS In order to expedite processing of a contract modification, where proposed changes involve more than one category below, each change should be submitted to OGS as a separate request.
