Common use of Daily Clause in Contracts

Daily. Clean and sanitize all Restrooms (including shop at Xxxxxx Yard) a. Clean and sanitize sinks, toilets, and urinals b. Restock all paper and soap products c. Dust mop/sweep floors d. Damp mop floors e. Polish all chrome f. Remove all finger prints from walls, stalls, etc. g. Clean mirrors h. Wipe down/disinfect doors i. Empty and remove trash (replace with clear plastic liner) - Clean/wipe down all water fountains - Clean all kitchens or kitchenettes (no dishes) - Sweep and wet mop all tile/VCT floors - Vacuum rugs and carpet areas - Wipe down hand rails - Restock all paper and soap products in break rooms (if applicable) - Wipe tables, counters and window xxxxx - Dust all furniture, ledges and xxxxx (Twice per week) - Spot clean all doors and light switches - Vacuum carpet, remove trash and replace liner in shop area (Xxxxxx) - Clean sink in shop area; wipe down fixtures (Kiamensi) - Remove all trash/recycling and replace liners in facility
