Common use of Damage Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Damage Reimbursement. Limited to three hundred dollars ($300.00) for each incident, reasonable reimbursement shall be provided for repair or replacement of eyeglasses, watches, or hearing aids which may be broken, damaged or lost as a result of work related activities, where no employee negligence is involved. This benefit applies only in situations where the benefits are not covered under Teamsters Health and Welfare Plans or other benefits. Decisions on claims for reimbursement shall be approved or disapproved and submitted to Accounting within fourteen (14) days of receipt.
