Evaluation Frequency. All probationary employees shall be evaluated at least once a year. All other employees shall be evaluated at least once every three (3) years.
Evaluation Frequency a. A permanent employee shall be evaluated at least every other year.
b. The probationary period shall be 6 months. Probationary employees shall be evaluated at approximately 3 months and once again prior before the end of the probationary period.
Evaluation Frequency. Evaluations will be done each year, except for bargaining unit members with less than six (6) months’ seniority.
Evaluation Frequency. Evaluation and assessment of the performance of teachers shall be made on a continuing basis as follows:
a. At least once each school year for probationary personnel.
b. At least every other year for personnel with permanent status.
c. At least every 3 years for personnel with permanent status who have been employed at least 10 Years with the school district, are highly qualified, and whose previous evaluation rated the employee as “Meets Standard”, if the evaluator and teacher being evaluated agree. The teacher or the evaluator may withdraw consent at any time.
Evaluation Frequency. A probationary teacher shall be evaluated at least once during each full semester, the first evaluation to occur on or before December 1 and the second evaluation to occur on or before April 1. A tenure teacher shall be formally evaluated at least every three (3) years prior to May 1.
Evaluation Frequency. New unit members and promoted unit members shall serve a probationary period of six months of employment. New unit members who fail to complete their probationary period may be terminated by the District. Promoted unit members who fail their probationary period shall return to their previous job classification. If a unit member fails to complete the probationary period for a transfer, they shall return to their previous or comparable assignment. Unit members serving a probationary period during their first six (6) months of employment shall be evaluated, at least, two times during the probationary period. The first (1st) evaluation shall be due in or near the third (3rd) months of the probationary period, and the final evaluation shall be due in or near the fifth (5th) month. Permanent unit members shall be evaluated once every other year unless the unit member received an overall unsatisfactory evaluation. If a permanent unit member receives an overall unsatisfactory evaluation, the unit member shall be evaluated no later than May 28 of the year in which the unit member received the overall unsatisfactory rating. If the unit member subsequently receives another overall unsatisfactory evaluation on the subsequent evaluation on or before May 28, the unit member shall be formally evaluated no later than November 28 of the year in which the unit member received the initial overall unsatisfactory evaluation.

Evaluation Frequency. Each categorical faculty member will be evaluated each year of employment for four years. Thereafter, evaluation shall be at least once every six regular semesters. The evaluation will be based on activities and observations since the last evaluation.

Evaluation Frequency. Each temporary faculty member will be evaluated during the first semester of temporary employment, but no more than once in an academic year unless an improvement plan is recommended.
