Common use of Damage Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Damage Reimbursement. Upon proper documentation, the School District will reimburse employees for expenses incurred in repairing or replacing personal items broken by students while employees are engaged in their required duties during the normal work day (i.e., glasses, hearing aids). The School District reserves the right to place reasonable limits on reimbursements under this paragraph.
