Common use of Damage Reimbursement Clause in Contracts

Damage Reimbursement. The County agrees to pay or cause to be paid to employees covered by this Agreement reasonable damages to personal property damaged in the line of duty upon presentation of receipt for loss, provided such damage was not due to the negligence or intentional act of the employee(s).
