Common use of Damage/s to Company Vehicles Clause in Contracts

Damage/s to Company Vehicles. All costs associated with damages sustained to a Company vehicle shall be incurred by the Company except, where insurance has become void through the fault of Employee/s whereby the Employee may become liable for costs.
