Damage/Theft. I accept full responsibility for any damage/theft, losses, or charges associated with my housing or other accommodations or the common areas or grounds of the host institution and its equipment including, but not limited to, telephones, vending machines, washers and dryers. Public area damage/theft that cannot be attributed to specific individuals will be billed on a pro-rated basis to residents of that suite, section, floor, or building in accordance with the Lehigh University Damage Billing Policies and Procedures. I am also responsible for the actions of guests whom I allow to enter housing/residences. Willful destruction of property is cause for disciplinary action. All damage billing incurs a 15% service charge.
Damage/Theft. Guests agree to leave the premises as it was found, in a generally clean, undamaged condition. Guest shall be responsible for all damages whether intentional or not and caused by any member of the party staying or visiting the cabin. The credit card on file is authorized for charge of any/all damages or theft occurring during the scheduled stay. Guest authorizes Epic Recreation, LLC (Property Manager) to charge any expenses related to theft or damage, cleaning of cabin beyond normal wear and tear
Damage/Theft. Owner understands and agrees that as a result of rentals, damage to the Unit and its contents may occur, inadvertently or otherwise. Manager shall take reasonable steps to insure that Rental Tenant leave the Unit in the same condition as received, normal wear and tear notwithstanding. In the event of damage, breakage, or theft by Rental Tenant, Manager shall take reasonable steps to see that the Rental Guests responsible restore the breakage or damage as necessary, in a timely manner. Owner is ultimately responsible for any costs, repairs, and replacements for such losses or damages to items caused by any Rental Tenant of the Unit or any guest of any Rental Tenant of the Unit if not recovered from the Rental Tenant.
Damage/Theft. Elite Tire is not responsible for loss of or damage to the vehicle due to or arising from fire, weather, theft or any other cause except the sole negligence of Elite Tire. Elite Tire is not responsible for any loss or damage to articles of personal property that have been left in the vehicle or for loss or damage to bodies, trailers or special equipment, including any cargo, materials or supplies carried on or in such bodies, trailers or special equipment, whatever the cause.
Damage/Theft. In the event of damage to the device, the parent is responsible for covering the entire replacement cost.

Damage/Theft. 5.1. The Hirer must report to ACU in writing any damage that occurs to the Facility immediately upon becoming aware of the damage.
Damage/Theft. If Rental Guests damage the Unit or damage or steal FF&E or any of Owner's personal property or possessions stored in the locked Owner's closet in the Unit, then Agent shall use commercially reasonable efforts to cause the Rental Guests to pay all costs incurred in connection therewith. If Agent is unable to collect such amounts from the Rental Guests, then Owner shall file a claim with Owner's insurance company. Owner shall be responsible for payment of the deductible and for all uninsured losses. At Owner's cost, Agent will repair any damage and/or replace any stolen FF&E. Agent shall bill Owner for such costs, and Owner shall pay the same to Agent, within twenty (20) days after the date of the bill. Agent assumes no responsibility for any loss, theft or damage to the Unit.

Flint Food Works, LLC is hereby released from any damage or injury to person or property caused by or resulting from steam, electricity, gas, water, rain, ice or snow, or any leak or flow from or into any part of said building or from any damage or injury resulting from any cause whatsoever, and for any damage, injury, or inconvenience caused by interruption of utility service. Kitchen Tenant shall be responsible for removal of property from the premises in the event of flood, extended power outage, or other occurrence. Flint Food Works, LLC shall not be liable for any loss or claim due to theft from the premises of commodities, equipment, inventory, or other Tenant-owned items.
