Dance Rules. 1. All individuals attending the dance will be subject to search by the event security staff. 2. Students who are on suspension or expulsion are not allowed to attend a DHS dance/event. 3. Guests from another school must not have been removed or transferred for discipline reasons from Downey High School. Guests must be high school age or older. 4. If a guest is 21 years of age or older, you must speak to the DHS Principal for possible approval. 5. No one leaving the dance will be readmitted. No admittance past 9:00 p.m. 6. Any violation of school rules will result in discipline in accordance with school policy and possible removal from the dance. 7. Administration reserves the right to deny participation to future events for students not picked up within 30 minutes after the conclusion of the event.

If there is any inconsistency between the terms hereof and the Rules, the terms and procedures set forth herein shall control. Any party who fails or refuses to submit to arbitration following a demand by any other party shall bear all costs and expenses incurred by such other party in compelling arbitration of any dispute. Nothing contained herein shall be deemed to be a waiver by any party that is a bank of the protections afforded to it under 12 U.S.C. §91 or any similar applicable state law.
