Danger to Others. If you become a danger to others, I must protect the other person(s) and you by warning the other person(s) at risk and report the danger to the appropriate authorities. (RCW 71.05)
Danger to Others. If I pose a danger to others, I understand that my psychologist is ethically bound to protect anyone to whom I present a clear and imminent danger. If I make specific threats of violence against an identifiable person, my psychologist will attempt to protect the potential victim by making an effort to warn them by contacting police.

  • Safety Where an employee is prevented from working at the employee’s particular function as a result of unsafe conditions caused by the inclement weather, the employee may be transferred to other work in the employee’s classification on site, until the unsafe conditions are rectified. Where such alternative is not available and until the unsafe conditions are rectified, the employee shall remain on site. The employee shall be paid for such time without reduction of the employees’ inclement weather entitlement.
