Dashboard Access. Where you receive access to the Dashboard to enable you to view your Transaction history and reports you agree: (a) ISXPay retains the Intellectual Property Rights in the Dashboard; (b) You, your employees, agents and contractors will utilise the Dashboard only for the purposes of you receiving the merchant acquiring services under this Agreement and in accordance with: i. the “Dashboard User Manual” ii. any acceptable use terms displayed at the point of log in to the Dashboard; and iii. any instructions otherwise received from ISXPay in respect of use of the Dashboard. (c) You are only authorized to use the account and password assigned to you, will not allow any other person to use Your access credentials, and will procure that Your employees and contractors given access will comply with this requirement. (d) Your use of the Dashboard is subject to the license and use terms in section 1.3. (e) You are responsible for procuring all necessary systems to Dashboard, including without limitation hardware, software and internet access. (f) ISXPay may terminate immediately access to and use of the Dashboard for any one or more users if the users do not adhere to the obligations in this clause 1.4.

Dashboard Access. Slingshot shall provide access to Company and its authorized users access to Slingshot’s web-based customer software portal (the “Dashboard”) during the Term (as defined below) of this Agreement. Slingshot hereby grants to Company a non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable license to use the Dashboard solely for Company’s business purposes in accordance with this Agreement. Company acknowledges and agrees that Xxxxxxxxx retains all ownership, right, title and interest in and to the Dashboard and its components (together with all intellectual property rights related to or arising therefrom including, without limitation, any updates or improvements thereof) (collectively, the “Slingshot IP”).

  • XXX Hosting 10.1 XXX Hosting is not required for resale in the BellSouth region.

  • System Access CUSTOMER agrees to provide to PROVIDER, at CUSTOMER’S expense, necessary access to the mainframe computer and related information technology systems (the “System”) on which CUSTOMER data is processed during the times (the “Service Hours”) specified in the PSAs, subject to reasonable downtime for utility outages, maintenance, performance difficulties and the like. In the event of a change in the Service Hours, CUSTOMER will provide PROVIDER with at least fifteen (15) calendar days written notice of such change.

  • Internet Access Hotels and Airports Employees who travel may need to access their e-mail at night. Many hotels provide free high speed internet access and Tyler employees are encouraged to use such hotels whenever possible. If an employee’s hotel charges for internet access it is reimbursable up to $10.00 per day. Charges for internet access at airports are not reimbursable.

  • Network Access TENANT may find it necessary to purchase a network interface card, wireless PC card or other hardware in order to connect to the internet service. LANDLORD is not responsible for the purchase of these items and LANDLORD cannot guarantee compatibility with any device TENANT may have. The computer and network card must have software installed that supports the Internet Protocol commonly referred to as TCP/IP. Any conflicts between the software compatibility of the network and the TENANT’S computer operating system or any other feature will be the responsibility of the TENANT to resolve. LANDLORD will not be responsible for software issues related to the user’s personal computer.

  • Data Access Access to Contract and State Data The Contractor shall provide to the Client Agency access to any data, as defined in Conn. Gen Stat. Sec. 4e-1, concerning the Contract and the Client Agency that are in the possession or control of the Contractor upon demand and shall provide the data to the Client Agency in a format prescribed by the Client Agency and the State Auditors of Public Accounts at no additional cost.

  • ICANN Access Registry Operator shall provide bulk access to the zone files for the TLD to ICANN or its designee on a continuous basis in the manner ICANN may reasonably specify from time to time. Access will be provided at least daily. Zone files will include SRS data committed as close as possible to 00:00:00 UTC.

  • Originating Switched Access Detail Usage Data A category 1101XX record as defined in the EMI Telcordia Practice BR-010-200- 010.

  • EU Access SAP will use only European Subprocessors to provide support requiring access to Personal Data in the Cloud Service and SAP shall not export Personal Data outside of the EEA or Switzerland unless expressly authorized by Customer in writing (e-mail permitted) on a case by case basis; or as excluded under Section 9.4.

  • DNS name server availability Refers to the ability of a public-­‐DNS registered “IP address” of a particular name server listed as authoritative for a domain name, to answer DNS queries from an Internet user. All the public DNS-­‐registered “IP address” of all name servers of the domain name being monitored shall be tested individually. If 51% or more of the DNS testing probes get undefined/unanswered results from “DNS tests” to a name server “IP address” during a given time, the name server “IP address” will be considered unavailable.

  • User Access Transfer Agent shall have a process to promptly disable access to Fund Data by any Transfer Agent personnel who no longer requires such access. Transfer Agent will also promptly remove access of Fund personnel upon receipt of notification from Fund.
