Dates and Location. A. This Agreement shall be effective for an initial term beginning on October 1, 2014 and ending on January 4, 2015. Thereafter this Agreement will automatically renew for a second term running October 1, 2015 through January 4, 2016, and then a third term running October 1, 2016 through January 4, 2017, unless either party notifies the other party of its intent to terminate the Agreement pursuant to Section 11B. The additional term(s) shall be deemed a continuation of this Agreement and not as a new Agreement.
Dates and Location. The Light Display will be set-up and displayed at the Farmstead from approximately November 28, 2013 through January 5, 2014, with the specific dates to be agreed upon at a later date by Xxxxxxxxx and City staff. This Agreement may be renewed for the following year upon the mutual agreement of the parties.

The dates and location for the event are set by Nordiq Canada based on collaboration from the following, as per their respective requirements of the Event, with a reasonable likelihood of snow conditions being an over-riding consideration: The OC; The Division; The Sport Development Director: The Events and Officials Manager; The HPD – Para and the HPD - Oly; The Para and National Ski Team (NST/ PNST) coaches and managers (for scheduling impacts); The Nordiq Canada Officials Working Group; The Coaches Technical Committee; The High Performance Committee. When submitting a bid for the event, the OC applicant should indicate both a preferred date and an alternate date for hosting the Canada Cups. Final approval of the dates will be taken by the Sport Development Director.
Dates and Location. Elementary Summer School for the 2023-24 school year will be held at Northwood Elementary. It will run for fifteen (15) days comprising of the following dates: June 26-28, July 1-2, July 8-12, and July 15-19.

IPCNS will provide, at its own cost, an online entry system which links directly with the IPC Sport Database Management System (“SDMS”) for the LOC to use to process the entries to the Event. The LOC will submit delivery plans (in accordance with the IPC Nordic Skiing OC Checklist) for the Event to IPCNS at least three months prior to the Event and will regularly provide IPCNS with updates and details regarding progress against the plans. The LOC will make any modifications requested by IPCNS.
Dates and Location. Elementary Summer School for the 2022-23 school year will be held at Northwood Elementary. It will run for 15 days and will include the dates of June 28-30, July 6-7, and the weeks of July 10-14 and July 17-21. Student instructional time will be from 8:45 to 1:00. For students who are staying for the afternoon SEL and enrichment, there will be a lunch break from 1:00-1:30 pm, recess 1:30-1:45, SEL Enrichment program 1:45-3:15 pm, student pick up from 3:15-3:30 pm. Times Instruction with students will start each day at 8:45 am and end at 1:00 pm. ● Classified Hours- classified staff will start their day at 8:30 and end at 1:00. Each classified staff member will be allotted a 10 minute break. ● Certificated Hours- certificated staff will begin their planning time at 8:15 (planning time pay) and be ready for instruction at 8:45. The instructional day is considered from 8:45 to 1:15 (per diem pay). Compensation will be allocated as follows: ● Coordinator ○ The summer school coordinator will time card at $35 for meetings, website updates, agenda planning, coordination with Learning Services, and clerical work. ○ The summer school coordinator will be allotted up to 20 hours for scheduling and class placement at the per diem rate. ● Certificated ○ Teachers will time card at $35 or at their per diem rate, whichever is greater, for all instructional hours and, within this time, they will receive one 15-minute paid scheduled break. ○ One additional non-contact hour per day will be paid for planning at $35 per hour. (This is consistent with past practice) ○ Each teacher will be eligible for 2 additional hours for classroom setup and prep at the $35 per hour rate. ● Classified ○ Classified staff working only the morning instructional block will be paid at their hourly rate and will be provided one 10 minute paid break scheduled as close to the midpoint of their work period as possible per state law. ○ Classified staff working the full day (8:30 am-3:30 pm) will be provided a 30-minute lunch.
