Delivery Plans Sample Clauses

Delivery Plans. The outcomes and indicators in this SOA adopt a 'high waterline' and are the starting point for a review of the Community Plan for Dundee. Below each Dundee Outcome, strategic theme groups have defined intermediate outcomes and short term outcomes/outputs to guide the delivery plans which will form the basis of their partnership working to achieve the agreed outcomes. These will present a comprehensive analysis of the factors which will influence outcome achievement, and using a logic modelling approach, the actions which will make the biggest impact. Taken together, the SOA and these delivery plans will form the basis of the Community Plan for Dundee from 2010 onwards.
