DAY CARE CENTER. Pursuant to Sec. 4, EO No. 340, s. 1997, the COLLEGE agrees to establish day-care centers in its campuses. As soon as funds are available, the COLLEGE shall operationalize, at least, one (1) day-care facility in its campuses per year. Hence, the campuses shall be prioritized based on the total number of female faculty members. The UNION shall be represented in the management committee or similar bodies overseeing the operation of the day- care facility.
DAY CARE CENTER. The Surviving Corporation shall have entered into --------------- an agreement with Lightwave Learning Center, LLC, on terms reasonably acceptable to each of Surviving Corporation and Lightwave Learning Center, LLC, with no portion of such cost to be paid by the Surviving Corporation or Parent.
DAY CARE CENTER. A day care center means any institution established for day care treatment of illness and/or injuries or a medical setup with a hospital and which has been registered with the local authorities, wherever applicable, and is under supervision of a registered and qualified medical practitioner AND must comply with all minimum criterion as under – i) has qualified nursing staff under its employment; ii) has qualified medical practitioner/s in charge; iii) has fully equipped operation theatre of its own where surgical procedures are carried out; iv) maintains daily records of patients and will make these accessible to the insurance company’s authorized personnel.
DAY CARE CENTER. Landlord acknowledges Tenant's desire to incorporate a day care center into Tenant's "Campus" at Country Club Commerce Center. Landlord is prepared to establish a "pad" for the desired day care center and to explore with Tenant and operators of day care centers a center at Country Club Commerce Center that would serve the needs of Tenant's employees and the employees of other employers and residents in the Tucson International Airport area. Neither party is required to establish a day care center at Country Club Commerce Center but if either party desires to pursue discussions, the other party will participate in the discussions in good faith. If any dispute should arise under this paragraph 48, either party shall have the right to resolve the dispute through an action for declaratory judgment or for specific performance, but neither party shall have, and hereby waives, the right to terminate this Lease over such dispute.

  • Ambulance The deductible and coinsurance for services not subject to copays applies.

  • Hospice Care If you have a terminal illness and you agree with your physician not to continue with a curative treatment program, this plan covers hospice care services received in your home, in a skilled nursing facility, or in an inpatient facility.

  • Child Care The County will continue to support the concept of non-profit child care facilities similar to the “Kid’s at Work” program established in the Public Works Department.

  • School Any public elementary or secondary school including a charter school, universal pre- kindergarten program authorized pursuant to Education Law § 3602-e, an approved provider of preschool special education, any other publicly funded pre-kindergarten program, a school serving children in a special act school district as defined in Education Law § 4001, an approved private school for the education of students with disabilities, a State-supported school subject to the provisions of Article 85 of the Education Law, or a State-operated school subject to the provisions of Articles 87 or 88 of the Education Law.

  • Hospice Individuals whose permanent residence and principal work location are outside the State of Minnesota and outside of the service areas of the health plans participating in Advantage. If these individuals use the plan administrator’s national preferred provider organization in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two. If a national preferred provider is not available in their area, services will be covered at Benefit Level Two through any other provider available in their area. If the national preferred provider organization is available but not used, benefits will be paid at the POS level described in paragraph “i” below. All terms and conditions outlined in the Summary of Benefits will apply.

  • Hospice Services Services are available for a Member whose Attending Physician has determined the Member's illness will result in a remaining life span of six months or less.

  • Healthcare Section 1. Bargaining unit employees with one (1) year or more of service will be provided coverage for the duration of this contract through the “Full Coverage” Team Care Plan (“Team Care MM200”), which includes dental, vision, life, short term disability, medical and prescription drug benefits. Prior to January 1, 2020, bargaining unit employees with less than one (1) year of service will be provided coverage through the “Medical Only” plan. On January 1, 2020, all bargaining unit employees enrolled in the Medical Only plan shall be enrolled in the Full Coverage plan, and the Medical Only plan will eliminated.   • Hospital This plan covers behavioral health services if you are inpatient at a general or specialty hospital. See Inpatient Services in Section 3 for additional information. This plan covers services at behavioral health residential treatment facilities, which provide: • clinical treatment; • medication evaluation management; and • 24-hour on site availability of health professional staff, as required by licensing regulations. This plan covers intermediate care services, which are facility-based programs that are: • more intensive than traditional outpatient services; • less intensive than 24-hour inpatient hospital or residential treatment facility services; and • used as a step down from a higher level of care; or • used a step-up from standard care level of care. Intermediate care services include the following: • Partial Hospital Program (PHP) – PHPs are structured and medically supervised day, evening, or nighttime treatment programs providing individualized treatment plans. A PHP typically runs for five hours a day, five days per week. • Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP) – An IOP provides substantial clinical support for patients who are either in transition from a higher level of care or at risk for admission to a higher level of care. An IOP typically runs for three hours per day, three days per week.

  • Surgery Services This plan covers surgery services to treat a disease or injury when: • the operation is not experimental or investigational, or cosmetic in nature; • the operation is being performed at the appropriate place of service; and • the physician is licensed to perform the surgery. This plan covers reconstructive surgery and procedures when the services are performed to relieve pain, or to correct or improve bodily function that is impaired as a result of: • a birth defect; • an accidental injury; • a disease; or • a previous covered surgical procedure. Functional indications for surgical correction do not include psychological, psychiatric or emotional reasons. This plan covers the procedures listed below to treat functional impairments. • abdominal wall surgery including panniculectomy (other than an abdominoplasty); • blepharoplasty and ptosis repair; • gastric bypass or gastric banding; • nasal reconstruction and septorhinoplasty; • orthognathic surgery including mandibular and maxillary osteotomy; • reduction mammoplasty; • removal of breast implants; • removal or treatment of proliferative vascular lesions and hemangiomas; • treatment of varicose veins; or • gynecomastia.
