DCAP Coverage Changes. A Participant may make a prospective election change that is on account of and corresponds with a change by the Participant in the dependent care service provider. For example: (a) if the Participant terminates one dependent care service provider and hires a new dependent care service provider, then the Participant may change coverage to reflect the cost of the new service provider; and (b) if the Participant terminates a dependent care service provider because a relative becomes available to take care of the child at no charge, then the Participant may cancel coverage.

  • Dental Coverage Each employee covered by this agreement shall be eligible to participate in the City's dental program.
