Common use of Deadline Dates Clause in Contracts

Deadline Dates. The parties agree to enter into collective negotiations over a successor agreement in accordance with Chapter 123, Public Laws of 1974, in a good faith effort to reach agreement on all matters concerning the terms and conditions of employment of supervisory personnel. Negotiations shall begin no later than February 1 of the year in which this Agreement expires.
