DEALER LOCATION. The location or locations, and any facilities located thereon, identified in paragraph 6, which HMA has approved for dealership operations.
DEALER LOCATION. This Dealer application and agreement applies solely to the commercially-zoned, “brick-and-mortar” retail store located at the addresses listed. Retail sales are to be made only from such locations. Non-commercially zoned structures or other special circumstances will not be permitted to carry Troxus branded products (nor any of its subsidiary brands) without expressed written consent from Troxus USA. In the event additional retail locations under the same ownership are opened, or acquired by the Dealer, the Dealer must submit to Troxus USA a separate application for each additional location. Approval of this application will not guarantee the approval by Troxus USA of additional retail sales locations. At no time may an approved authorized Troxus Dealer sell product to any other unauthorized Dealer of similar or different ownership for the purpose of re-sale. Dealer Web Sites do not qualify as an approved location authorized for resale without express written consent. See Schedule A attached for additional locations.
DEALER LOCATION. (s): Dealer’s Primary Location and Branch Locations, if any, authorized by Case IH for the sale, rental, lease and service of Equipment and/or Parts.
DEALER LOCATION. A. RESPONSIBILITIES OF DEALER HMA has entered into this Agreement in reliance upon DEALER's representation that it will establish and maintain dealership facilities and operations only at the location(s) identified in paragraph 6. DEALER agrees, therefore, that it will not, under any circumstances, conduct Dealer operations at any other location, whether as a satellite operation, subdealership, through an associate Dealer or otherwise, without the prior written consent of HMA. Moreover, it is the mutual desire of DEALER and HMA that DEALER's facilities reflect a distinctive first-class appearance in common with all other duly authorized Hyundai Dealers. Accordingly, DEALER agrees to procure from approved sources and install all items necessary to insure that DEALER's retail environment complies in all respects with such distinctive first-class appearance. In addition, DEALER agrees that all of its facilities will be satisfactory as to space, appearance, amenities, layout, equipment, and signage and will at all times be in accordance with HMA's minimum facilities standards, as amended from time to time.
DEALER LOCATION. DEALER is free to sell Daewoo Products to customers wherever they may be located. DEALER LOCATION. GME and DEALER acknowledge and agree that (i) it is in the mutual best interest of both parties that the Products be sold through a selective dealership network whereby each dealer selling Products has the ability to provide to the dealership those services required by GME, and (ii) if the Products are offered only through a planned number of dealership, DEALER will be able to offer the maximum value and services with respect to the Products, thereby enabling DEALER to compete more effectively against dealers selling competitive products. Accordingly, DEALER agrees not to offer or solicit the Products for sale at any other new vehicle dealership location that is currently being sold and serviced by another Authorized Dealer, unless approved in advance by GME in writing. DEALER also agrees not to sell, deliver and/or transfer any Products to others for resale or to market or sell any Products through non- GME approved distribution channels without having obtained GME’s advance written consent in each instance.
