DEALER'S CUSTOMER SATISFACTION. PLAN DEALER shall provide a detailed plan of DEALER'S customer satisfaction program to DISTRIBUTOR and shall implement such program on a continuous basis. This plan shall include an ongoing system for emphasizing customer satisfaction to all DEALER'S employees, for training DEALER employees and for conveying to customers that DEALER is committed to the highest possible level of customer satisfaction.
