Decision of the Governing Board. The decision of the Governing Board shall designate express findings of the charges upon which the disciplinary action was based and may wholly reverse or affirm the disciplinary action imposed by the Chancellor or modify the severity of same.

Decision of the Governing Board. 21 The Hearing may be continued from one meeting to the next, and at the end of such presentation, the 22 Governing Board may take the evidence under consideration for a reasonable period of time before 23 announcing its decision in the matter.   • Decision of the Board The decision of the majority shall be the decision of the Board. Where there is no majority decision, the decision of the Chairperson shall be the decision of the Board.
