Common use of Declaration of Purpose Clause in Contracts

Declaration of Purpose. It is the purpose of this procedure to secure, at the lowest possible administrative level, equitable solutions to alleged grievances of professional staff through procedures under which they may present grievances free from coercion, interference, restraint, discrimination or reprisal, and are afforded adequate opportunity to dispose of their differences without the necessity of administrative agencies and/or the courts.
