Decrease in Cost of Work Sample Clauses

Decrease in Cost of Work. If the Cost of the Work is decreased by change order, payment due from the Owner to the Construction Manager shall be reduced by the amount the Construction Manager is no longer obligated to pay subcontractors or suppliers for performance of the Work. Decreases in the Cost of the Work shall inure to the benefit of the Owner and shall not become part of the Construction Manager’s Contingency.

Decrease in Cost of Work. 12.2.2.1 If the Cost of the Work is decreased by Change Order, payment due from the Owner to Construction Contractor shall be reduced by the amount the Construction Contractor is no longer obligated to pay subcontractors or suppliers for performance of the Work. If a Contingency line item has been established as part of the GMP, decreases in the Cost of Work shall accrue to the Contingency line item for the benefit of the Owner.

  • Work Year The full-time work year for all employees employed in EA and ECE job classes shall be a minimum of 194 work days to correspond with the school year calendar.

  • Price Increase/Decreases No price increases will be permitted during the first period of the Contract. The County requires documented proof of cost increases on Contracts prior to any price adjustment. A minimum of 30-days advance notice in writing is required to secure such adjustment.
