DEDUCTION FROM SALARY. A. The Board agrees to deduct from the salaries of its employees dues for the Flemington-Raritan Education Association, Hunterdon County Education Association, the New Jersey Education Association, and the National Education Association, as said teachers individually and voluntarily authorize the Board to deduct. Said deductions shall be made in compliance with N.J.S.A. 52-14-15.9(e) and under rules established by the State Department of Education. Said moneys, together with records of any corrections, shall be transmitted to the Treasurer of the Flemington-Raritan Education Association by the 15th of each month following the monthly pay period in which deductions were made. Upon termination of employment of any teacher, the disbursing officer shall deduct any remaining amount due for that current school year. I understand that the disbursing officer will discontinue such deductions only if I file such notice of withdrawal which shall be effective to halt deductions as of the January 1st or July 1st date. By September 15th of each school year, upon request of a teacher, any portion of the teacher’s salary, as designated, shall be deducted semi-monthly and forwarded monthly to the Hunterdon County School Employees Federal Credit Union in that teacher’s name.

Said Such deductions shall be made in compliance with N.J.S.A. 52Chapter 233, Public Laws of 1969 (N.J.S. 52:14-14-15.9(e15.9e) and under rules established by the State Department of Education. Said moneys, monies together with records of any corrections, corrections shall be transmitted to the Treasurer treasurer of the Flemington-Raritan Woodcliff Lake Education Association by the 15th of each month following the monthly pay period in which deductions were made. Upon termination of employment of any teacher, the disbursing officer shall deduct any remaining amount due for that current school year. Additional authorizations for dues Teachers electing to have payroll deductions may made to Paragon Federal Credit Union shall have said deductions mailed to the Credit Union on the day the salary check is issued. During the life of this contract, the administration will explore the feasibility of providing direct deposit options to teachers. If such a benefit can be received after August 1st under rules established by the State Department of Educationachieved without excessive cost or business office employee work time, it shall be afforded. D. The filing Association shall indemnify and hold the Board, its members, employees and agents harmless from any and all claims that may arise from this Article. E. The Association and the employee who authorized the deduction agree to indemnify and hold the Board, its officers, agents and employees harmless from any and all claims, liability and expenses, including the reimbursement of notice reasonable attorneys fees, fines, interest and costs of teacher’s withdrawal litigation, that may be raised or incurred in connection with the Board withholding a designated sum of money and remitting the money for a tax sheltered employee. Said deduction shall be prior to December 1st to become effective to halt deductions as of January 1st, and June 1st to become effective to halt deductions July 1st next succeeding the date on which notice of withdrawal is filed. By September 15th of each school year, upon request of a teacher, any portion of the teacher’s salary, as designated, shall be deducted semi-monthly and forwarded monthly mailed to the Hunterdon County School Employees Federal Credit Union in that teacher’s nameappropriate tax sheltered annuity on the day the salary check is issued.

Said moneys, monies together with current records of any corrections, corrections shall be transmitted to such persons as may from time to time be designated by the Treasurer of the Flemington-Raritan Education Englewood Teachers' Association by the 15th of each month month, following the monthly pay period in which deductions were made. Upon termination of employment of any teacher, the disbursing officer shall deduct any remaining amount due for that current school year. The Association Treasurer person designated shall disburse such moneys monies to the appropriate association association. 2. Teachers desiring payroll deduction or associations. Teacher authorizations shall be in writing in organization dues should submit a signed and dated authorization statement to the form set forth: Name Soc. Sec. # School Bldg. Said Such deductions shall be made in compliance with Chapter 233, Public Laws of 1969 (N.J.S.A. 52-14-15.9(e52:14- 15.9e) and under rules established by the State Department of Education. Said moneys, monies together with records of any corrections, corrections shall be transmitted to the Treasurer treasurer of the Flemington-Raritan West New York Education Association by the 15th of each month month, following the monthly pay period in which deductions were made. Upon termination of employment of any teacher, the disbursing officer shall deduct any remaining amount due for that current school year. The Association Treasurer treasurer shall disburse such moneys monies to the appropriate association or associations. Said moneys, monies together with current records of any corrections, corrections shall be transmitted to such persons as may from time to time be designated by the Treasurer of the Flemington-Raritan Education Englewood Teachers’ Association by the 15th of each month following the monthly pay period in which deductions were made. Upon termination of employment of any teacher, the disbursing officer shall deduct any remaining amount due for that current school year. The Association Treasurer person designated shall disburse such moneys monies to the appropriate association association. 2. Teachers desiring payroll deduction or associations.
