Deduction of Fee. No fee shall be deducted for any employee sooner than: a. The thirtieth (30th) day following the notice of the amount of the fair share fee; b. The satisfactory completion of any probationary period; c. The tenth (10th) day following the beginning of employment for employees entering into work in the bargaining unit from reemployment lists.
