Deduction of Sick Leave. ‌ All absences on account of illness or injury on a normal working day (exclusive of designated paid holidays) shall be charged against an employee's sick leave credits. There shall be no charge against an employee's sick leave credit when her absence on account of illness or injury is less than two (2) hours. Sick leave of two (2) hours or greater will be deducted time for time against sick leave credit in increments of one-half (½) hour.
