Common use of Deductions from Rentals Clause in Contracts

Deductions from Rentals. There shall be no reduction from equipment rental of owner-operators by virtue of the contributions made to the Health and Welfare Fund regardless of whether the equipment rental is at the minimum rate or more, and regardless of the manner of computation of owner-driver compensation. Employers presently making payments as provided for in this Supplemental Agreement and Employers, who may subsequently make such payments as provided by this Supplemental Agreement, shall continue to make such payments for the life of this Agreement.
