Posting Notice. All vacancies and newly created jobs within the UAW Bargaining Unit; shall be posted (unless there is a qualified member displaced from the classification with the vacancy in the Unit) listing the specific requirements of the position for a period of seven (7) work days in a conspicuous place in each building. Employees interested in the vacancies shall apply on-line within the seven (7) day posting period.
Posting Notice. The Employer shall make available to all employees in a manner agreed to between the Company and the Union, a copy of the re- porting form sent to the Administrator’s Office of payments made to the Western Conference of Teamsters Pension Fund on behalf of the employees at the time payments are made.

This recalled employee shall be paid the permanent rate of pay and benefits for such position. (The regular rate of pay does not apply to other substitute employees). If there is not a RIF’d employee in the classification to be recalled, then a substitute shall be used. e. Nothing herein shall prohibit the simultaneous posting of vacant positions externally.

Letter of Understanding The parties may by mutual agreement during the term of the Contract establish a committee to be known as the Joint Council 7 Labor-Management Health and Welfare Committee consisting of an equal number of Union and Employer representatives. The Committee shall consider the feasibility of consolidating all or some of the plans. Any consolidation of plans may be made only by mutual agreement to the parties.

Posting Notice. The Board and the Association agree that the Superintendent shall post, when they occur, a notice of permanent vacancies in the Hillsboro district during the school year. Each posting shall show the date on which the vacancy was posted. Teachers may seek transfers and will then be given consideration as vacancies occur.
Posting Notice. Wherever possible, the Employer agrees that all vacancies shall be posted as soon as reasonably possible for a minimum of seven (7) days, and will be posted in blocks of classes. Term One and Term Two shall be posted starting on the first Wednesday in May and weekly thereafter, and Term Three on the first Wednesday in February and weekly thereafter. All vacancies will be filled by a process which includes the posting of job vacancy notices on the website used for posting purposes. To the extent possible, postings shall identify the department or college, course name, course number and number of credit units, term and length of course, day(s) and time of day of course, location, expected enrolment limit, qualifications required, stipend, and where to apply. Expected enrolment limits will be provided for information only and may be subject to change. The Employer will notify the appointee as soon as possible of any substantial changes in enrolment. Whenever possible, postings should be made to allow for appointments to be made at least twenty-one (21) days prior to the commencement of the first class. Exceptions to this shall follow the Urgency Provisions as outlined in Article 15.05. A copy of each notice will be forwarded to the Union.
