Deductions from Rentals. There shall be no deductions from equipment rental of owner-oper- ators by virtue of the contributions made to the Pension Fund, re- gardless of whether the equipment rental is at the minimum rate or more, and regardless of the manner of computation of owner-oper- ator compensation.
