Deep CleaningDeep clean bowls and urinals once a week to improve the smell and aesthetics. • Wipe hygiene equipment, wipe doors, partitions and walls, remove stickers/gum, detail clean edges, corners and skirting, • Wipe seat covers, basins and taps, clean mirror. • Disinfect waste bins & toilet brushes. • Clean limescale under hygiene equipment, clean behind bowls, wipe all sanitary bins, high dusting (tops of doors, advertising, partitions) where necessary • Pre-soak basin/toilet/urinal with chemical as per dilution requirements, use brush, flush, wipe flush master, detail clean all limescale around taps and mirrors • All tiled areas must be cleaned using a method that will improve the aesthetics of the tile including removal of residue as a result of product build up. • Emphasis must be placed on areas that not cleaned on a daily basis. • Clean edges, corners and sluice room and passenger trollies.
Deep Cleaning. Owner shall pay for a “Deep Clean” of the Property prior to the first occupancy, if deemed so by Manager, thereafter approximately once per year, and as many additional times as deemed necessary in the Manager’s opinion. The Deep Clean shall consist of a thorough, Property-wide cleaning including, but not limited to, extensive cleaning of all surfaces, fixtures, and hard-to-reach places, interior windows, upholstery, appliances, and any other areas not routinely cleaned during normal cleanings. Deep Cleanings will continue throughout the duration of the Agreement.

  • Cleaning 8.1 CONTRACTOR shall, at his own expenses, at all times keep the premises free from accumulation of debris, waste materials, and rubbish, and at the completion of the work, he shall remove his tools and equipment and all surplus materials, debris, waste material, and rubbish and shall leave the premises in a neat and clean condition. If CONTRACTOR does not attend to such cleaning immediately upon request, OWNER shall have the right to have this work done by others and deduct the cost therefore from the payment due CONTRACTOR hereunder.

  • Dewatering (a) Where the whole of a site is so affected by surface water following a period of rain that all productive work is suspended by agreement of the Parties, then dewatering shall proceed as above with Employees so engaged being paid at penalty rates as is the case for safety rectification work. This work is typically performed by Employees engaged within CW1, CW2 or CW3 classifications. When other Employees are undertaking productive work in an area or areas not so affected then dewatering will only attract single time rates. (b) Where a part of a site is affected by surface water following a period of rain, thus rendering some areas unsafe for productive work, consistent with the Employer’s obligations under the OH&S Act, appropriate Employees shall assist in the tidying up of their own work site or area if it is so affected. Where required, appropriate Employees will be provided with the appropriate PPE. Such work to be paid at single time rates. Productive work will continue in areas not so affected. (c) To avoid any confusion any ‘dewatering’ time which prevents an Employee from being engaged in their normal productive work is not included in any calculation for the purposes of determining whether an Employee is entitled to go home due to wet weather (refer clauses 32.4 and 32.5)

  • Moonlighting Employment as a physician in a professional capacity outside of what is outlined in this Agreement, whether temporary special medical activity (“TSMA”) or external moonlighting, must be approved in writing, in advance, by the Departmental Chair, Program Director and Director of Graduate Medical Education (or designee). Even if approved, professional and general liability insurance as outlined in Section 5.4 is not provided to Trainee engaged in external moonlighting. Trainee acknowledges he or she has the responsibility to obtain insurance for such engagement. TSMA and external moonlighting must be included and reported as part of Trainee's hours spent on clinical experience and education. Trainee shall not be required to engage in any outside work.
