Default in Occupancy. The actual occupancy by Exhibitor of the Exhibit Space is a material obligation of Exhibitor and is of the essence of this Application. If the Exhibit Space is not occupied by the time set for completion of installation of displays, and continuously occupied during Exhibition hours, the Exhibit Space may be re-possessed by Management for any purpose it may see fit without in any way releasing Exhibitor from any liability hereunder.
Default in Occupancy. If exhibition space is not occupied by the time set for completion of installation of displays, such space may be possessed by Management for such purposes as it may see fit.

Default in Occupancy. If the Exhibitor does not occupy its exhibit space by the time set for completion of display installation in Paragraph 10 hereof the Organizer may repossess the space for other use.

Default in Occupancy. If Exhibition space is not occupied by the time set for completion of installation of displays, such space may be possessed by Event Management for such purposes as it may see fit.
Default in Occupancy. Failure by Exhibitor to occupy its exhibition space shall not relieve Exhibitor of its obligations hereunder. If such space is not occupied by the time set for exhibition hours, such space may be occupied and/or used by NATPE for such purposes as it may deem advisable.
Default in Occupancy. If exhibition space is not occupied by the time set for completion of installation of displays, such space may be possessed by Management for such purposes as it may see fit and Exhibitor shall be responsible for all rental fees. All mandatory deposits are non-refundable.
Default in Occupancy. The failure of Exhibitor to occupy the assigned booth space within two (2) hours of the opening of the Conference shall be deemed a default in occupancy. In the event of a default in occupancy, Trimble shall have the right to otherwise use such unoccupied space in its sole discretion and Exhibitor shall remain obligated to pay all fees as required hereunder.
