DEFENCE RESERVE LEAVE. The Director-General may grant an employee Defence Reserve leave, with or without pay, to enable the employee to fulfil Reserve or full-time Australian Defence Force (ADF) obligations. The Leave Policy provides details on how Defence Reserve leave is to be administered, however Defence Reserve leave shall be no less generous than the advice provided for by the Defence Reserve Support Council.
