DEFINITION OF ACTIVELY AT WORK. “Actively at work” means the Employee is actually at work for the Employer on a full-time, full pay basis at their customary place of work. Based upon this definition: “benefit levels for life, sickness and accident and long term disability are frozen based on the last day actively at work”. If an Employee on L.T.D. is deemed unable to work with this Employer and secures other employment, the Employee will be subject to the provisions of Section 27.3 of the Collective Agreement. Section 27.3 does not apply to an Employee on W.S.I.B.
