Any unadvised payments received from the licensee shall first be adjusted towards the oldest statutory dues of Electricity, Water Charges, Other Maintenance Charges and Property Charges (if paid by Licensee) in that order. Balance of unadvised payments shall be setteled towards the oldest dues (FIFO basis) of license fees, utility area rent, parking charges, signage charges, interest ,penalty ,property tax, etc,
