Definition of Partnership. Partnership' is the relation between persons who have agreed to share the profits of a business carried on by all or any of them acting for all. According Sumarto (in Setiani, 2012: 11) reveals that the partnership as a relationship of civil society, government and the private sector in order to achieve a goal that is based on the principles of trust, equality and independence. From that statement can be described that the partnership is an effort that involves various sectors, community groups, government and non-governmental agencies, to work together to achieve a common goal based on an agreement in principle and the role of each, thus to build partnerships must meet several requirements, namely the equation attention, trust and mutual respect, must be mutually aware of the importance of partnership, there must be an agreement about mission, vision, goals and values, and should be based on the same plane.
