Definition of Rental. The term “Rental” shall be deemed to be the minimum monthly rental, Additional Rental, and all other sums required to be paid by Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease, including after-accruing sums. All sums, for the purpose of calculating any amount due under the provisions of Sections 20.2(b) and 20.2(c) above, shall be computed on the basis of the average monthly amount accruing during the immediately preceding sixty (60) month period, except that if it becomes necessary to compute these sums before a sixty (60) month period has elapsed during the Term, then these sums shall be computed on the basis of the average monthly amount accruing during the shorter period.

For purposes of this Article 19 only, the term "rental" shall be deemed to be Minimum Annual Rental, Percentage Rental, Additional Rental and all other sums required to be paid by Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease. All sums, other than Minimum Annual Rental, shall, for the purpose of calculating any amount due under the provisions of Section 19.2(c) above, be computed on the basis of the average monthly amount accruing during the immediately preceding sixty (60) month period, except that if it becomes necessary to compute these sums before the sixty (60) month period has occurred, then these sums shall be computed on the basis of the average monthly amount accruing during the shorter period.

For purposes of this Article 24 only, the term "rental" shall be deemed to be Minimum Rent, Percentage Rent, Additional Rent and all other sums required to be paid by Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease. For the purpose of calculating Percentage Rent due under the provisions of Section 24.2(c) above, the same shall be computed on the basis of the average monthly amount accruing during the immediately preceding sixty (60)-month period, except that if it becomes necessary to compute Percentage Rent before the sixty (60)-month period has occurred, then Percentage Rent shall be computed on the basis of the average monthly amount accruing during the Term.

All sums, other than Rent, shall, for the purpose of calculating any amount due under the provisions of Section 19(c)(iii) above, be computed on the basis of the average monthly amount accruing during the immediately preceding sixty (60) month period, except that if it becomes necessary to compute these sums before the sixty (60) month period has occurred, then these sums shall be computed on the basis of the average monthly amount accruing during the shorter period.
