Examples of Minimum Annual Rental in a sentence
During the last ninety (90) days of the term, if during or prior to that time Tenant has vacated the Demised Premises, to decorate, remodel, repair, alter or otherwise prepare the Demised Premises for re-occupancy, without affecting Tenant's obligation to pay Minimum Annual Rental, Additional Rent and all other sums due under the terms of this Lease.
Tenant shall pay Minimum Annual Rental, Percentage Rental and Additional Rental to Landlord at Landlord's Address for Payments and Reports specified in Section 1.22, or to such other address and/or person as Landlord may from time to time designate in writing to Tenant.
For purposes of this Article 19 only, the term "rental" shall be deemed to be Minimum Annual Rental, Percentage Rental, Additional Rental and all other sums required to be paid by Tenant pursuant to the terms of this Lease.
Such insurance shall be maintained in an amount not less than the sum of all Minimum Annual Rental and additional rent coming due for the then current calendar year as estimated by Landlord.
If, as a result of Landlord utilizing a portion of the Premises for such purpose, there is a permanent increase or decrease in the Floor Area of the Premises of one percent (1%) or more, there shall be a proportionate adjustment of Minimum Annual Rental and all other charges based on Floor Area.
