Definition of shiftworker. (a) For the purpose of this Clause and the NES, an Employee will be considered a shiftworker unless they only work hours between 6.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday. (b) Where an Employee with 12 months' continuous service is engaged for any part of the 12 month period as a shiftworker, that Employee must have their annual leave increased by half a day for each month the Employee is continuously engaged as a shiftworker to a maximum of 10 months.

(a) For the purpose of this Clause and the additional week of annual leave provided for in s.32(1)(b) of the NES, an Employee will be considered a shiftworker unless they only is a seven day shiftworker who is regularly rostered to work hours between 6.00am on Sundays and 6.00pm Monday to Fridaypublic holidays.
(b) Where an Employee employee with 12 months' months continuous service is engaged for any part of the 12 month period as a seven day shiftworker, that Employee employee must have their annual leave increased by half a day for each month the Employee employee is continuously engaged as a shiftworker to a maximum of 10 monthsseven day shiftworker.

Definition of shiftworker. (a) For 11.2.1 If BIG W engages shift workers covered by this Agreement at any time during the purpose operation of this Clause and Agreement, then for the purposes of the additional week of annual leave provided for in the NES, an Employee will be considered a shiftworker unless they only shift worker is a seven day shift worker who is regularly rostered to work on Sundays and public holidays in a business in which shifts are continuously rostered 24 hours between 6.00am and 6.00pm Monday to Friday.
(b) Where an Employee with 12 months' continuous service is engaged for any part of the 12 month period as a shiftworker, that Employee must have their annual leave increased by half a day for each month the Employee is continuously engaged as seven days a shiftworker to a maximum of 10 monthsweek.
