The definition of "Similar work" shall mean successful completion of carrying out housekeeping/catering/ cleaning/ attendant services for the guest houses of Government or Private sector organizations. The service of housekeeping works should have been provided for a minimum period of 6 months at a stretch against each work order. Clear documentary proof of completion of work must be uploaded to meet above criteria,such documents may be as per following: a. Work Order copy (ies) and b. Completion certificates from the client against respective completed similar work(s) which should inter-alia include work order reference & date, completion date,completed value of work. Since PQC for ARC jobs is set on an annualized estimate basis, evaluation for experience criteria shall also be annualized. The Work Order should contain the above similar work items and for qualification purpose the entire executed value of WO (which may contain anyother item) shall be considered. Whenever a contractor had worked as a sub-contractor to main contractor, their experience also can be considered. In case of works done as a sub-contractor, the bidder has to submit following documents: a. Apart from copy of purchase/work order with schedule of rates/scope of work from the main contractor, the bidder who has worked as a sub-contractor has to submit certificate of completion of work from the end user / owner / consultant of the owner acting as EIC.
DEFINITION OF SIMILAR WORKS. Customer Facilitation/Watch and Xxxx Services include for provision of trained and uniformed manpower for providing Customer Related Safety/ Watch and Xxxx/ Services for Central Government/ State Government/ PSU of (MRTS ORRailway OR Airport).
DEFINITION OF SIMILAR WORKS. Experience in Successful completion of providing facility management services which includes Catering and Housekeeping to Government / Corporate Guest Houses, Government / Corporate Residential / Training Facilities or Hotels shall only be considered as similar work. The Work Order should contain the above similar work items and for qualification purpose the entire executed value of WO (which may contain any other item) shall be considered.
