Facility Management Services means providing comprehensive facility

Facility Management Services means the services offered by a private sector, public sector, joint sector or consortium for the Operation & Maintenance of all on site physical and social infrastructure.

Facility Management Services. " means providing the services as described in the tender contract. This includes not just the main services mentioned in the contract, but also any additional services needed to make sure the contract is carried out successfully. It covers everything required to manage and maintain application and related facility as specified in the tender documents.

Facility Management Services at the Facility (“Facility”), all as fully described in Exhibit A to this Agreement, which may be amended from time to time by the mutual agreement of the Parties. The Commission is the lessee of the Facility under a lease with the City of Westfield, Indiana (“Owner” or “City of Westfield”) the owner of the Facility.

Facility Management Services means comprehensive services includingguests/visitor’s management, room management,housekeeping, Kitchen and catering management/mess management, electrical/civil/mechanical maintenance and other hospitality services any supporting technologies, equipment, processes, systems, and applications etc.. wherein such services have been provided in a single Facility at the same point in time and/or any other services as defined in clause 3 and at other place in this RFP.

Facility Management Services means everything required to be furnished and done for and relating to the operation and maintenance of the Project by the Developer pursuant to this Project Agreement during the Facility Management Period.
