DEFINITIONS ANNEX. This is the Definitions Annex referred to in the Senior Loan Documents and the Second Priority Debt Documents. Each capitalized term used herein shall have the meaning assigned to it below or, if not defined herein, the meaning assigned to it in the applicable Senior Loan Document or Second Priority Debt Document. The meanings given to terms defined herein shall be equally applicable to both the singular and plural forms of such terms. References to any agreement are to such agreement as amended, modified or supplemented from time to time in accordance with the terms thereof and of each Senior Loan Document and Second Priority Debt Document containing restrictions or imposing conditions on the amendment, modification or supplementing of such agreement.

DEFINITIONS ANNEX. For so long as an [*CTR*] is the Owner Participant with respect to a Leased Aircraft, the Definitions Annex relating to such Leased Aircraft shall be deemed modified in accordance with the terms hereof (and such terms shall be deemed incorporated in such Definitions Annex for all purposes thereof as if set forth therein): (a) clause (i) of the term “Permitted Sublessee” set forth in the Definitions Annex relating to such Leased Aircraft shall be disregarded in its entirety and shall be replaced with the following: [*CTR*] (b) the “Related Lease” definition set forth below shall be inserted into the Definitions Annex for such Leased Aircraft in lieu of the definition set forth in the Definitions Annex.
