Definitions' Function. Unless otherwise specifically stated in the context of an Article, the definitions of terms contained herein will govern the usage and interpretation of these terms through the Agreement. DEPARTMENT shall mean the Fire Department of the City of Concord. DEPARTMENT HEAD shall mean the executive supervisor of the Fire Department.
